ORDERING AND DELIVERY
How quickly will my drum carder be shipped?
In stock: within 1–3 working days. Made to order: manual models within 2–3 weeks, electric models within 3–4 weeks.
Which countries do you ship to?
The whole EU, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway. Want to order, but it isn’t possible from your country? Get in touch.
Can I collect my drum carder?
Yes, by appointment in Zoetermeer. You can also pay on collection.
DRUM CARDERS
Which model suits me?
That depends on how big you want your batts to be, how fast you want to work and which wool you card. The selection tool in the carding guide gives you advice in 30 seconds.
Can I swap the drums for a different carding cloth later?
No. Each set of drums is adjusted to its own drum carder. You do get a 15% discount on a second or third manual drum carder with a different carding cloth.
Are the larger models harder to turn?
No. All drum carders turn equally easily. The width or the number of drums makes no difference.
Can I try a drum carder first?
Yes, visit by appointment in Zoetermeer. Use our wool or bring your own washed wool.
PAYMENT
How can I pay?
With iDEAL, Bancontact, credit or debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Link, bank transfer by invoice, or on collection.
Do I pay VAT if I live outside the Netherlands?
Within the EU you pay the VAT rate of your own country. Outside the EU no VAT is charged.
I run a business in another EU country. Can the VAT be reverse-charged?
Yes, but this doesn’t happen automatically in the webshop. Contact me with your company name and VAT number, and I’ll manually create an invoice with reverse-charged VAT.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Can I return my drum carder?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind after receipt. You get the full amount back, including the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are for your account.
How much warranty do I get?
3 years on every drum carder.
Can I order spare parts?
Yes, on request. Send me a message with your model and what you need.
